1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS & GOVERNING LAW

By accessing and using TipTrust.eu (the "Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and K. Agency LLC ("we," "us," "our," or "Company").

If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of laws principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delaware for resolution of any disputes. For users in the European Economic Area, nothing in these Terms affects your statutory consumer rights under applicable EU law.

2. PLATFORM DESCRIPTION & SERVICE SCOPE

TipTrust.eu is an information marketplace operated from the United States that facilitates the connection between sports prediction providers ("Tipsters") and users seeking sports betting insights ("Users" or "Subscribers"). The Platform is NOT:

  • A bookmaker, sportsbook, or betting exchange
  • A gambling operator licensed by any gaming authority
  • A service that accepts, processes, or settles bets
  • A financial advisor or investment service provider
  • Offering financial advice of any kind

The Platform provides a space for Tipsters to post verified sports predictions and analysis, and for Users to purchase access to this content. TipTrust.eu is purely an information service and content marketplace. All predictions are delivered for informational and entertainment purposes only.

3. USER ELIGIBILITY & REGISTRATION

Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to register and use the Platform. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

Account Creation

To register, you must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • Accepting responsibility for all activities conducted under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of unauthorized access or breach of security
  • Ensuring that registration information remains current and accurate
  • Not creating multiple accounts or using false identities

K. Agency LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these obligations or that we reasonably believe may be fraudulent.

4. TIPSTER OBLIGATIONS & CONDUCT STANDARDS

Content Requirements

Tipsters agree to:

  • Post accurate predictions: All tips, odds, bet types, stakes, and analysis must be truthful and accurately reflect the Tipster's actual predictions
  • Lock tips before kickoff: Once a tip is locked (at match start), it becomes immutable and cannot be edited or deleted
  • Provide real betting evidence: Tipsters must upload actual betting slip images for verified tips
  • Deliver promised content: All premium content must be delivered as described in product offerings
  • Maintain professionalism: All communications must be respectful and free of harassment

Prohibited Conduct

Tipsters are strictly prohibited from:

  • Fabricating, cherry-picking, or manipulating their track record
  • Creating fake betting slips or forging match results
  • Using multiple accounts to artificially inflate follower counts or ratings
  • Making guaranteed profit claims or promising specific returns
  • Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or illegal activities

KYC Verification

All Tipsters must complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before being approved. KYC requires submission of government-issued ID (passport or national ID), residential address, IBAN, and nationality. Verified Tipsters receive a "Verified" badge on their profile.

Account Suspension & Termination

K. Agency LLC reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Tipster account that violates these obligations. Suspended Tipsters may forfeit outstanding earnings.

5. USER RIGHTS & SUBSCRIBER RESPONSIBILITIES

Product Access

When you purchase or subscribe to a Tipster's product:

  • You receive access to the content as described in the product listing
  • Access is personal, non-transferable, and non-exclusive
  • You may not share, resell, or distribute the content
  • Access terminates upon subscription cancellation or account closure

User Acknowledgments

By using the Platform, Users acknowledge:

  • Sports betting involves substantial financial risk and possible total loss
  • Past performance does not guarantee future results
  • All predictions are for informational purposes only
  • Betting decisions and compliance with local laws are solely your responsibility
  • You should only bet money you can afford to lose completely

6. PAYMENT TERMS & BILLING

Payment Processing

All payments are processed exclusively through Stripe. K. Agency LLC does not store your credit card information.

Pricing & Taxes

All prices are displayed in Euros (€). Applicable taxes based on your jurisdiction may apply. You are responsible for paying all applicable taxes.

Subscriptions & Auto-Renewal

Recurring subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then.

Refund Policy

One-Time Tip Purchases: Non-refundable once content has been accessed or revealed.

Subscription Products: Non-refundable for the current billing period. Cancel at any time to prevent future charges.

Requests for exceptions must be submitted to support@tiptrust.eu within 30 days of the transaction.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & CONTENT RIGHTS

Platform IP

All content, design, code, and functionality on the Platform are owned by or licensed to K. Agency LLC and protected by intellectual property laws.

Tipster Content

Tips, analysis, and predictions posted by Tipsters are owned by the respective Tipster. By purchasing, you receive a limited, personal license to view the content.

User-Generated Content

By posting reviews, comments, or feedback, you grant K. Agency LLC a non-exclusive, perpetual, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display this content for platform operation and improvement.

8. FEES & REVENUE SHARE

K. Agency LLC operates on a flat-fee commission model:

  • Tipster Revenue Share: Tipsters retain 85% of all product and tip sales
  • Platform Fee: 15% covers Stripe processing, infrastructure, anti-fraud systems, and marketing
  • Registration Fee: Free — no registration or monthly fees

Tipsters are paid via SEPA bank transfer to their registered IBAN on our standard payout cycle.

9. DATA PROTECTION & PRIVACY

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

  • We do not sell your personal data to third parties
  • You can request deletion of your data by emailing support@tiptrust.eu

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY & DISCLAIMERS

No Warranty

The Platform and all content are provided on an "AS-IS" and "AS-AVAILABLE" basis. K. Agency LLC makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding accuracy, reliability, fitness for purpose, or uninterrupted availability.

Limitation of Damages

To the maximum extent permitted by law, K. Agency LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or anticipated savings arising from your use of the Platform or reliance on any predictions.

11. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless K. Agency LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from: (a) your violation of these Terms; (b) your use of the Platform; (c) your betting decisions or outcomes; (d) your violation of any applicable law; or (e) any content you post.

12. SUSPENSION & TERMINATION

K. Agency LLC reserves the right to:

  • Suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms
  • Suspend access pending investigation of violations
  • Permanently ban accounts engaged in fraud or repeated violations

Termination does not relieve you of obligations under these Terms or any fees owed.

13. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. For disputes, we first encourage good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, either party may pursue legal action in the courts of Delaware.

For users in the European Economic Area, nothing in this section limits your ability to bring claims in your local courts as provided under mandatory consumer protection laws.

14. CHANGES TO TERMS

K. Agency LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Platform. Continued use following notification constitutes acceptance.
